Softeon has been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its effect on our operations and our clients’ businesses. We have enabled our business continuity plan (BCP), monitoring the global situation as it unfolds and safeguard the health of our employees and customers. We are currently maintaining normal operating levels across the regions and committed to meeting all project deadlines to the greatest extent possible.
Softeon’s leadership team is actively taking steps to ensure that we are able to effectively support our customers around the world. We are also validating and reinforcing our communications infrastructure to ensure that we can provide our employees a robust and sustained remote working environment.
We provide our team members with regular updates on COVID-19 news and have informed them of the steps they can take to protect their health. We have suspended all non-essential business travel through April 5,2020. Will keep updating this page as events unfold.
