Softeon has expanded into a new office in Chennai, India. Chennai is a bustling city on the Bay of Bengal in southeastern India. The metropolitan area is the fifth most populous area in India and home to many leading technology companies and start-ups. We are proud to have strong roots in the Chennai area.
The new office hosts around 400 Softeon employees focused on software development and support. The employees formerly worked in another office nearby. The office cements our commitment to delivering world-class support to customers, while providing an exceptional workplace for employees.
Softeon’s office space occupies the entire eighth floor of the modern World Trade Center building. WTC Chennai is one of 334 WTCs around the world. When Softeon first agreed to take the space, the floor was just a warm shell. Today, the workspace features modern furnishings, cutting edge technology, and different areas to collaborate. The customized floor plan and design ensure that employees begin each day in an optimal environment, ready to deliver their best.
Softeon CEO Jim Hoefflin, CTO Mark Fralick, and VP of Solution Delivery Brian Pier visited the new office recently. During the visit the leadership team engaged with co-workers on a range of important topics. Softeon’s new product release methodology was a key focus, with the Softeon’s 24.1 and 24.2 software releases coming this year.
During a town hall meeting, employees from other parts of India joined together. The united team discussed new developments, strategies to help customers succeed, and recognized long-term Softeon employees.
Looking to the future, the new office provides room to grow and deliver solutions that enable limitless possibilities.
