Jim Hoefflin is CEO, responsible for setting the direction, focus, culture and strategy for Softeon, energizing Softeon employees, our partners and of course, our world-class customers. Jim has a track record as a proven Chief Executive Officer, in both PE-backed organizations and public company divisions, who has led companies that provide complex enterprise software solutions in a variety of markets. With software background in Global Logistics, Human Resources Management, and Food & Nutrition, Jim has experience with the world’s largest CPG, Hi-Tech, 3PL, Healthcare and Education organizations. He has led companies from start-up to $200mm in annual revenue. Jim attended the University of Wisconsin Parkside, Gateway Technical Institute and received his EMBA from Rollins College in Florida. A lifelong season ticket-holding Green Bay Packer fan, Jim developed a love for Formula 1 racing during the pandemic, traveling with his son to multiple races.

Nrupesh Dullur is the Chief Financial Officer at Softeon, responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring fiscal health, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Nrupesh brings 20+ years of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning, including leadership roles at CBORD and RevenueWell. Previously, he worked at BluJay Solutions, PwC, and Ernst & Young. A reliable business partner, Nrupesh is passionate about driving financial efficiency, enhancing operational processes, and supporting sustainable growth. By implementing innovative strategies and fostering strong collaboration across teams, he aims to contribute to the overall success and resilience of the organization. Nrupesh is a Chartered Accountant from India and enjoys playing table tennis.

Mark Fralick serves as Softeon’s Chief Technology Officer, driving our architectural platform, deployment infrastructure and operating platform. Mark Fralick has been called the “Godfather of the Modern WMS” for his work as a WMS architect. Mark has been a leader in the Warehouse Management System sector for three decades and a pioneer in the development of WMS technologies. After an executive role as chief architect at one of the largest WMS companies, Mark founded the successful WMS implementation company GetUsROI and has been focused on the ROI of warehouse technology ever since. Joining Softeon in 2023, Mark’s expertise and strategic vision contribute to Softeon’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, emphasizing optimizing value for its clientele. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Mark lives outside of Houston with his wife and two sons. Whenever possible, Mark and his sons will be on the lake skiing, wakeboarding and wakesurfing.

Patrick Maley is Chief Revenue Officer at Softeon, responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall financial performance. Patrick has a 25-year history helping innovative supply chain software companies grow and better serve their customers. A salesperson at heart, he began his supply chain career at Manhattan Associates and previously spent time at RedPrairie (Blue Yonder), Kinaxis and BluJay Solutions (E2Open). The common thread in his career has been his ability to help build a strong team and drive growth by focusing on team culture, delivering on promised value, and creating scalable and effective processes. Patrick has a BS Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Patrick lives near Philadelphia (Go Birds) with his wife and five children.

Raj Ponnuswamy is the Chief Development Officer at Softeon, responsible for business development through our partner and alliances ecosystem. Raj’s entire career has been in the technology industry starting out as a Systems Engineer at IBM and includes founding two companies, one of which was an Inc 500 company for three consecutive years. In his current role at Softeon, he is focused on building an ecosystem of partners on a “win-win” philosophy to support our mission to deliver limitless value to our customers. Raj has a bachelor’s degree from Coe college, Iowa and an MBA from the University of Iowa. An avid Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Bears fan, Raj and his wife live in St. Charles, Illinois where they raised their two children. His interests are playing tennis, reading and travel.

Chris O’Stean, Senior Vice President of Sales, leads the team responsible for driving customer acquisition and adoption of Softeon’s solution suite. Chris brings 25+ years of experience at tier 1 vendors within the Supply Chain Execution space. Prior to Softeon, Chris worked at Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder in a variety of implementation, presales, sales, and leadership roles. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Chris lives in Decatur, GA with his wife and 2 daughters. In his free time, Chris loves snow skiing, hiking, Broadway shows, and traveling with his family. Chris also serves on an advisory board for a non-profit in Bolivia providing care for children in vulnerable communities.

Suresh Bhaskaran is the Vice President of Product Management at Softeon, working with our customers to determine the investment allocation in our products to maximize value. Suresh has over 25 years of experience in software development, solution design, and product management. Suresh is one of the architects of Softeon’s flagship warehouse management solution, successfully managing and delivering multiple customer projects across industry verticals. In his current role, he focuses on long-term product strategy and release planning to create meaningful competitive differentiation, resulting in new features and capabilities that provide tangible benefits to customers. Suresh holds a master’s degree in computer science from Anna University Chennai, India. Suresh resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he loves to walk along trails and spend time with his family.

Bill Bowman is the Vice President of Marketing at Softeon, responsible for generating demand for Softeon solutions and positioning the company in the market. Bill has over 15 years of experience in marketing for B2B technology companies. In these roles, he has a track record of establishing and growing new brands resulting from M&A. Bill has extensive experience leading global teams and building market share in different counties. Bill is a United States Army veteran. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family in Miami.

Hari Devarkonda is VP of Cloud and Cybersecurity, responsible for providing Softeon customers an industrial-grade, performant, reliable and secure infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience spanning all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Hari has extensive expertise in cloud technologies, networks, and security. He began his career as a developer, gaining in-depth knowledge of application components, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. With his unique techno-functional expertise, he is dedicated to delivering optimal solutions for customers. Hari holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and has completed Yale School of Management’s Accelerated Management Program. Hari resides in Chantilly, VA, with his wife, daughter, and son. In his free time, Hari enjoys photography and spending quality time with his family.

Shyam Krishna is Vice President of Healthcare Solutions, responsible for directing the company’s efforts across the pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical device markets. Shyam has been in software development for 30+ years and served in leadership roles at a Chicago-based consulting company where he led their ERP Practice, managing key projects with a team of over 130 professionals. Shyam helped setup Softeon’s first office in Chennai back in 2005. He was in Business Development until 2020 and brought in key accounts and opened new verticals around the world. Shyam graduated from one of the top schools of India, National Institute of Technology, Trichy in electrical engineering. Shyam lives in southern California (Go 49ers) and is married and has a daughter. He loves traveling and exploring the world.

Jack O’Malley is Vice President of Account Management and Customer Success at Softeon, responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth through value delivery. His career spans over 30 years in the software and technology space, leading sales & account management, partnerships, and go-to-market teams for multiple public and private companies in the Supply Chain, Retail/Hospitality, and Payments industries. Approaching his role as the “voice of the customer” advocate within the organization, he is focused on ensuring our clients realize value from our solutions and there is joint alignment around strategic vision and execution. A native of Ohio, Jack is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. A long-suffering Cleveland sports fan, Jack and his wife raised their two children in the Atlanta area, and currently works from the new Softeon office in Alpharetta, GA.

Brian Pier brings his wealth of experience to the role of Vice President of Solution Delivery at Softeon, building on a distinguished career that spans over 30 years. Formerly associated with GetUsROI, he is a seasoned and dynamic leader, with experience in establishing high performing professional service teams. Prior to GetUsROI, Brian spent 12 years at RedPrairie (now Blue Yonder) serving in various leadership roles. Brian brings his value-driven approach to Softeon. At GetUsROI, it was all about achieving return-on-investment. At Softeon, that approach is combined with the existing focus on customer satisfaction. Our methodology is agile-based and focused on achieving an exactness of functional fit, to help achieve the value in our consulting work. Brian has a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Marquette University. Brian resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife Karen. His four grown children are scattered about the country building their own families. In his spare time, he loves to renovate his historic bungalow in Milwaukee and spend time at the family lake home in northern Wisconsin. He also volunteers for a local social service agency serving youth and their families.

Kumar Shankaran is the Vice President of Product Engineering at Softeon, driving all aspects of the software development life-cycle including design, development and implementation of the Softeon suite of applications. Kumar Shankaran brings 25 years of unique perspectives and a unifying influence, having worked closely with teams for more than a decade in each of Softeon’s locations in the US and India. In his current role, he focuses on running India operations for Softeon, coordinating with teams across geographies and work functions. He is passionate about fostering a culture that embraces cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence through continuous improvement. Kumar holds a master’s in computer applications from Anna University, Chennai. Kumar resides in Chennai with his wife, son, and parents. His interests include following cricket, reading, and listening to music.
