Gartner Releases 2017 Market Guide for Retail Distributed Order Management Systems

There has been a growing focus on DOM in supply chain circles and more and more companies are experiencing the extensive benefits of implementing these solutions within their operations. This has been especially evident for retail and omnichannel organizations as these sectors’ processes are increasingly more complex with demanding customer expectations, wider customer bases and diversified fulfillment channels.

Gartner recently released a Market Guide for Retail Distributed Order Management Systems in which Softeon was listed as a Representative Vendor. Though DOM is becoming critical to the continued success and growth of many businesses, there are very few solution providers that can even offer a fully developed DOM system, let alone having one that has been put to the test and has had real-word, measurable results.

There are multiple Softeon clients who have successfully implemented the Softeon DOMS and have experienced numerous benefits in visibility, efficiency and costs.
